Each tier of this Beach Wedding Cake is covered in ivory fondant. A blue fondant drape cascades from the top tier to the bottom and is “anchored” in place with matching ivory fondant seashells. The wedding cake topper is an scalloped shell with ivory fondant pearls and a fondant starfish.
