Chocolatier of the Year Award - 3 Sisters ChocolateOur Basil-Lime Dark Chocolate Truffle is one of the five chocolates that helped us win Jacksonville's Chocolatier of the Year in 2011.

We start by making a Dark Chocolate Ganache center infused with fresh basil, lime and a dash of vodka; then finish this truffle with an outer layer of our special blend of premium dark chocolate.
