2011 Taste of Chocolate Challenge Cake
This sculpted, multi-tier 2011 Taste of Chocolate Challenge Cake from 3 Sisters Chocolate & Bakery was created for the Family Nurturing Center's 8th Annual Taste of Chocolate Challenge where 3 Sisters Chocolate won the Chocolatier of the Year Award.
This cake is covered in pleated, ivory fondant along with diamonds attached to the sides (in honor of the 1 Karat diamond give-away at the event) and topped with a red heart.
